I'm sure you could figure out how to do it. I guarantee you'd gain weight on 1.5-2g protein/pound, low carb, and 200g fat. And if not that, then make it 400g fat... Just from getting tons of calories from fat.
But why isn't the question about whats the optimal for putting on muscle (forget weight). If you're trying to get leaner then forget putting on muscle. If you're trying to put on muscle without gaining excessive body fat, you can accomplish this while still having carbs, and not crazy low.
