3.55 at home in NC. Im in Alabama right now and saw it for 3.39 and got excited, sad when you get excited about 3.39. SC is still the cheapest i ever see it. Last Wednesday it was 3.23 in some locations.

Makes me ill. They have billion dollar 1/4 profits and are gouging us. They say they are using the funds for research and development of alternative fuels, but that has already been proven to have been in the deductions, hence they are Still making record profits.

Just looked at the news and it wa about American tourists travelling through Europe. They were shocked by the high prices of everything. I remember a lady saying that the hotdog cost EUR 4.95 ($8)......And in the Stated it would only cost her $2.50.

So it can be even worse guys

What do you guys pay for a kilo (2 pounds or so) of chicken? I pay EUR 6.50 for a kilo.

I'm actually moving to be closer to my work save me 60 miles a day roundtrip, I can go from 6 dollars in gas every day to hopefully 6 dollars a week. Going to be a mile from work, hell i ought to get a bike and just ride up there

In 1998 when I was a freshman in college the lowest gas i ever paid was $.81 a gallon...I had a honda accord and could fill up for $11 bucks...Yesterday I saw $3.41...We were in Pasadena a few weeks back and regular gas was $3.93 at the station next to our hotel...

Gas is over $4.00 a gallon for regular in some parts of San Diego. All while Exxon Mobile had record profits last year. Cheers to greedy corporations.

Its just over 1.20/L for regular here... so $4.80USD/Gal.... bulldog21 (?) could probably speak on it better but I've been reading that it will likely continue to go up as more $$$ is dumped into the resource futures market to offset the losses of real estate market.

Im really pissed off with this.... petrol over here in the uk is over £1.10 per litre, thats the highest in europe, all because of our goverment bending us over with taxes. Thats the same as paying $10 per gallon, makes petrol everywhere else look cheap dosent it!!!

The sad thing is you have few options. A customer of mine has a built a electric car out of a sub compact he got used. He has been using cheap electric cars (no air conditioning etc) for the last 15 years and has saved $$$ is gas. He owns a mid sized company and he realy doesn't need the cash.

I have to run super in my cars and actually run Sunoco Ultra 94 and that is hovering around $4.05

just adding something here... found receipt from yesterday, $89 to full the tank. .... although, I guess that is cheap as fuck compared to the UK... sorry guys
