I found this small great tasting pizza that only cost a dollar and it has a lot of calories and a good amount of protein. Im thinking I should start eating a lot of these pizzas to bulk up. What do you guys think?
 
I think throwing them in occasionally would be fine but if you mean everyday I think there is much better choices you could make. Add a couple a week to your normal diet and see how bad it affects you. If you start putting on pure fat cut back.
 
Yeah i agree with wolf.... there not alot of protein in there either.
 
One pizza 450 cal????? Where and what kind of pizza? One slice maybe, but I know if you dangle pizza in front of me its not going to be a one slice dinner!!!! When I splurge I get it with thin crust and light cheese, lots of veggies!
 
Depends on your goals, if you wanna put on lean mass you need a clean bulking diet and a cheat day thrown in to mix it up but if you wanna just raise the number on the scales then eat whatever you want.
 
67g of carbs?
If I keep eating that it will be hard to differentiate me from an whale, but it may work fine for you... Try it...

Total shit. I'm not bashing your choice but rather just calling like it is. You are what you eat in this game. Look at the sodium not to mention all the "other" stuff they add. You wanna bulk? Add extra natural peanut butter and things like olive oil and other good fats. If it were as easy as eating pizzas a couple times a week, we would have a nation of huge dudes walking around. Wait...I guess we do. Get my point? Eat smart, eat healthy, and get good gains.

if your bulking I see no harm. for $1 you cant beat it.
 
I would say that you need to eat the same things as you do when dieting or eating clean just more of it. You want to eat clean year round adding poor nutritional foods or fast food to your body is not bulking nore does it make any sense in order to grow. I am not addressing your post just a general statement.
 
If a pizza only costs a buck, I'm not eating it. And I LOVE pizza.

Two packets of flavored oatmeal equals about 60g carbs.... I usually have that before I go to bed with my protein shake...
