Time and Time again i read threads here and on other boards talking about the new secreet of huge muscles or getting ripped. Try the new super protien with extra yak piss. Or try this new ultra thermogenic fat annhilator, guaranteed twice as effective as the actual sun itself.

Theres great products out there. theres 2 companies i personally use for WPI, i mean real good pure stuff, and creatine and glutamine. Lba's are a fantactic product, but not magic, like the claims of some other supplements.
ask Phil, Dante, Big A, Magnum, Shelby, and the like. you know how you get big and ripped? you think. yup thats it. you think. you ask yourself Does doing this make any sense?
Does doing 1 arm dumbell curls while facing magnetic north and stanging only on your opposite leg make any sence? it goddamn doesnt. you know what does? Pick up a heavy dumbell and curl it until your arm falls off. then next week use a heavier one.
Does calculating 1.23916872 grams of protien per lb of bodyweight make any sence? no it doesnt. eating 50 grams of protien, 40 grams of carbs, ans 15 grams of fat per meal does.
Adding creatine glutamine, WPI, vitamens, healthy fats to you diet are great for reaching your goals. The new super slow release, estrogen enhancing/blocking(it does whatever you want it to), super blue whale testosterone boosting protien matrix is a money wasting marketing gimic.
Ask Phil, Big A and Dante, What is on the product lists of Synthetek, and TP? its all simple shit isnt it? The biggest leanest guys on this board and over at IM all use the simplest shit. what does that tell you? Lift balls ass heavy, eat an amount of healthy food that would frighten any normal man, and play with macros and cardio to keep bodyfat at an optimal level for your goals. supplement intelligently, Ask yourself before you do an new exercise, buy a new product, Does this make any sence? and if you cant figure it out on your own, go to someone who knows. PM Phil, shelby, Magnum, Dante. and just ask...is this any good?
Ask the guys who have proven they know. otherwise your just spinning your tires fellas.
The guys who i listened to, and took advice from put 50 lbs on my frame, and that was after a good 6 years of consistant training. they realy knew how to get it done.
