Why can't you do normal squats?
Hacks are good, so are leg presses.
I love squatting. I just hit 600 for 3 ass to ankles last night. I've never had any problems with my knees.
That said, I recently tried adding in machine hack squats as a variation since I'm doing DC. Instant knee pain. I thought I might have done something wrong so I tried them for a second workout. Same result. It's back to free squats for me.
if i cant do normal squats, are they a good substitute.
i have heard some peole say it works the inner part of the quad more than the outer/beef part of the quad???
