i typically see cheats every week or 2, but i went a month with good results, i might try a little longer next, anybody else out there see just as good if not better results with no cheats in that range or longer
I typically go for long periods of time without cheat meals - sometimes months. I find that it helps keep me on track, and I feel like I really earned the cheat. If I were going to use a weekly cheat meal, it would be a somewhat "clean" meal, as a big greasy, carb filled mess will make me feel uncomfortable physically for a couple of days, and this has a big mental effect on me.
