have any of you find better success with going longer with out cheats

i typically see cheats every week or 2, but i went a month with good results, i might try a little longer next, anybody else out there see just as good if not better results with no cheats in that range or longer
 
If you can go that long more power to you. Personally I take a cheat day because I need it to keep from going off the deep end.
 
the longer you stick to your diet, the better results you'll have more quickly.
 
I typically go for long periods of time without cheat meals - sometimes months. I find that it helps keep me on track, and I feel like I really earned the cheat. If I were going to use a weekly cheat meal, it would be a somewhat "clean" meal, as a big greasy, carb filled mess will make me feel uncomfortable physically for a couple of days, and this has a big mental effect on me.
