Have you ever used coconut milk while bulking?

Yes... I love it! :p Lots of MCT... which is a fairly goo excuse to drink it... lol!

But be careful cause that stuff is so good you can go overboard VERY quickly... and end up with much more kcals than needed. :eek:
 
isnt that the truth

too bad MCT doesnt agree with my GI tract at all. So i get no calories from them whatsoever lol.

I was referring to the actual coconut milk, they sell it in cans.

I like it and feel strong and full when I use it often.

Works well for me and has many benefits..

Tastes yummy in shakes and is very calorie dense...
