This idiot the other day tried to bench weight that he obviously shouldnt have. I mean he is about 180lb with 455 on the bar, and had 2 spotters. He needed help to life it off, then it dopppppppppppped like a ton, bounced off his chest and almost killed him, and with help of the spotters he racks it, and gets up in stride like he just accomplished something. WTF is that all about. Amazing! Ego over brains i guess.

But - today I'm back to being a fat-ass at ~200.

Its called an " EXTENDED SET" except ya have to us your extended family to lift the weight. LOL

looks like every gym has some of those nutcases running around.

A while ago 2 guys were benchpressing, not too much 220-230lbs i guess. One guy wanted to get 6 reps, but i knew him and knew he could never make it . So i was about to begin my own set, but couldnt resist to wait and watch him.
So the spotter lifts out the weight, it drops down. He couldnt even make 1 own rep!!! but yet the spotter helps him make 6 reps. The guy stands up and siad, whow that went well, that was a great set.
I was like WTF, what went well? lmao
