240 pounds 5% body fat, again.

This is the best you've looked this far out, hands down. Great work, and keep pushing hard!

Question, since you've been on this diet, how have your energy levels been?

And are you having more than one cheat meal?

At the beggining i started losing weight and looking flat and very bad, my energy levels and strengh went down,no pimp at all. Dave told me the name of the stage but i forgot it, after 5 weeks i started getting back my fullness and strenght and some weight.
I sucks but it worth it. Now i am feeling very stronng and my workouts are full of energy and full pump.
Everything is working so far. Lets how it is the next 11 weeks.

I dont really understand what happened here with my Centrum Silver intake!!!!.... I just double the dosage they have writen down in the bottle to get some more benefits from it

Should i double my Emergency C dosis too???

Ok lets get serious. I do like Daves Nutrition and the way he pays attention to me. I will be with him until i get some money to acomplish one of my goals witch is go to Milos one day....Then i wil go to Chad.... Bodybuilding is like everything in life, you will never stop learning and i only like to go with the best, i went with Mike Metzer twice, some other guys Licenced my Super Slow, then with Fernando Loreiro witch is a very knowledge Argentinian Bodybuilder who helped me to get to i hiigher level, then Victor Munoz, now Dve with his Nutrition....i will never stop trying to improve my phisique and my knowlegde, i have been doing this for 22 years and i always say i dont know a shit, you die learning bros!!!

Damn, thats a well said statement from a great guy. I agree, in life knowledge is power. That is also true in bodybuilding. its one of the reasons i love this sport, there is just so much to learn, so many different views on things, and once you think you have it all down...well, you learn you dont. Damn Heinz, itd be a dream of mine to train under all the guys you stated, plus potentially milos. that is just such a wealth of knowledge of the sport right there, it is awesome.

Keep working hard bro, youre lookin friggin sick for 11 weeks out! I would guess you were like 7 or 8 weeks out by just lookin at the pics.

And ya i agree with the centrum silver. I doubled the dose too and stacked it with ZMA and emergen C, and damn. I might have to find something to counter the sides.
