What I have so far

20cc's of Deca 300 BD
100 Dbol Tabs
10 CC's of Sust 250 Human Grade
8 Orgon Sust Amps
250 BD Winny 5mg Tabs

I was thinking
12 weeks Deca
9 Weeks Test 2 cc's a week
Dbol Tabs Start of Cycle
Winny Tabs end of cycle

Any Ideas or suggestions?

Age is 22
BF % 8-9
Hght 5-8
Weight 157ish
 
How long have you trained seriously and regularly?

If you outline what doses and compounds you propose using each week, it would be easier to comment upon.
 
I've trained for 3 years solid, but the last year has been my best regarding gains and results....Also much more dedicated and have time now to work with my diet

I was also looking to see if someone could recommend or suggest exactally how to take of what I currently have

Run the Test for 12 Weeks
Start the Deca 2 weeks in
Week 1-5 Take the DBOL Pills 3 a day
Weeks 6-12 Take winny tabs Monday - Friday

ouch! i would not suggest this, if you really wanted to fit both in the cycle you could do:

1 - 4 dbol at 20mg day
9 - 12 winny at 50mg day

spend some serious time researching, planning and asking questions about your diet. put more time into your diet than making up a cycle. your diet will make the difference more than the drugs will.

IF I understand what you're saying, you want to use ALL of this up one one cycle? Your second cycle?

You're talking about using something like 1000 mg of combined test and deca each week, plus throwing in some d-bol and winstrol on top of that.

Everytime I try to tell people doing their beginning cycles that they should cut back their proposed dosages, I'm ignored, so let me know if you want to hear an opinion about how to do this with way less gear than you propose.

Just out of curiosity, how much do you weigh, and how tall are you? Are you lean, smooth, or have fat to lose?
 
Right!

ncsports is VERY right about the diet making a bigger difference than drug doses or combinations!

ANY drug scheme without a solid diet plan is not going to work well.

i think the best investment anyone can make for their $$ and their health is to spend less on AAS and hire a coach for their diet.
 
Regarding the 10ML HG sust - a local source

Im 5-8 and pretty lean, and mostly upperbody

My diet is pretty clean how it is, I will just increase my Protein #'s and carbs in the morning...

well, Theres no such thing as a 10ml bottle Of human grade sustanon Ive ever known of? Id say its either an underground company or maybe some mexican supertest..BUT I doubt very seriously its Human grade.. just my .o2
 
5'8 157 and going on your second cycle? You need to pay some dues at the dinner table before you touch anymore gear bro.

I would not recommend any AAS.
 
Lilly i'll post picts, i watched it get picked up from the local pharmacy tho... So its as real as it gets :)
 
My diet is very clean and i ate quite a bit ... so are you telling me to eat to bulk up .... I like being fit and cut up. I honestly dont care how much I weight as long as Im in shape and lean
 
So you need to use AAS to be fit and lean at 157?

If so (which I find more than hard to believe) then more power to you, I won't step on your toes.
 
i hate to say it but it sounds like alot of these replies are from a bunch of self righteous assholes. i understand trying to get him to understand the importance of eating. i understand stating your thoughts on if you think he should take stuff are not but do you really think you're going to talk him into getting rid of his stuff. how about some advice on the safest way to take what he has. he's going to take it even if you don't think he should.

i guess this only applies to 2 of you. this was my impression of this thread when i read though it.

Im already lean and in pretty good shape but would like to add on some size.
Im a thrity waist, I dont know if your trying to imply that Im looking to loose weight or my body % or #'s are not correct? Not exactally sure..

Pretty much Im looking to enhance what I already have, not looking to enter any shows or contests to show off my back or calfs, honestly could care less.

Im also aware im going to gain weight, retain water and bloat a little bit, i dont expect to hold down my 160pnd figure - but reaching 200 or over that isn't goals of mine.


BCC any other ?'s I have no reason to lie or mispost something, If i had all the answers I would not ask for any advice. LIke I said before I dont have to take everything /anything of what I have just what i proposed.
 
Regarding the Importance of eating.. I eat a good amt now and plan to even increase that..

Avg meal for me now

Morning : Oatmeal
Before Lunch : Granola Bar/ cheese / yogurt /
Lunch : Chicken Breast or Turkey Wraps
Snack : Protien Shake
Dinner : Chicken/Fish/Steak and broc
Nite : Small Shake

Should I elaborate more on my diet? Is that not enough protein? I usually try to keep my carbs to the morning- just realized I have a very slow metabolism.

dude that's mr. olympia dorian yates in bcc's pic. as far as your menu goes you need to eat more.

breakfast needs to have protien in it. try this: 6 meals ed w/ 40 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs per meal. if you want to stay lean and improve the quality of your muscle then this will work

as far as your supps: 2 cc's of sust and 1 cc of deca every week for nine weeks. then 1cc of deca for 4 weeks and 40mgs of winny every day for four weeks.

week 1 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 2 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 3 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 4 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 5 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 6 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 7 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 8 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 9 : 2 cc's sust / 1 cc deca
week 10 : 1 cc deca / 40 mgs of winny every day
week 11 : 1 cc deca / 40 mgs of winny every day
week 12 : 1 cc deca / 40 mgs of winny every day
week 13 : 1 cc deca / 40 mgs of winny every day

leave the rest for another cycle

do your proper after cycle therapy also so you can retain some of the gains and get your system back in order.

REMEMBER EATING IS # 1.
