help with second cycle

for my first cycle i ran 200mg of test and 100mg of deca for 4 weeks. i went from about 200 lbs to a solid 240 and i kept about 70% of my gains.at the time i had been lifting for about 3 years and i was 20 yrs old. for my second cycle i plan on running 20mg of d-bol/day for 2 weeks, 300mg of test for 7 weeks and 150mg of eq for 5 weeks with a standard pct. i am curently 10%bf. i would like to know if anything else such as hcg,arimidex or nolvadex would be nescessary during this cycle.

Dbol for 2 weeks is a waste. Try just 500mg Test E. x 10 weeks

agree id like so see the pics myself that is fucin amazing!! please post! and u should run dbol for 5 weeks at more like 50mg a day and do what zuke said with the test(500mg a week for 10 weeks) also id run some winny weeks 6-10 at 50mg ED
 
this first picture is me about a month before my first cycle.
 
in this picture i am 197 lbs. and 6.2''. my bench press is 220 lbs.i had been working out on and off for about three years.

this is me about three weeks into my first cycle. i am 6.2'' and a solid 240lbs. with very little bodyfat only on my abs. my test was 200mg a week of T-450.

also in this second picture my bench press was an incredible 320lbs. that might not seem like a lot to you guys, but for me it was amazing. an increase of 100lbs on my bench press in only 4 weeks. and the part thats realy great is that i kept more than 3/4 of my gains. during my cycle i was 19 years old ,not 20. i dropped down to about 230lbs afterwards.
 
bro....u aitn gna wanan hear this but juice is not the answer for u bro....my 2cc u shoulda never have started or did the first one....u were and still r BY FAR from ur natural poten!!! what is ur diet? u should shape ur diet and get it down and packed sound before u even think bout using juice again....ud be amazed with what it will do for u!...i say eat right and train right for a good year or so and then juice up...but as all, u will do what u wanna


whats ur diet look like on a daily basis?

not meaning to flame u and ur pics at all bro but the first pic u look like u have not touched a weight at all....looks like ur reg body type...the second pic looks like regualr 18 - 20 yr old that has spent maybe 6 months in the gym, without a good diet and a basic basic workout routine and got ahold of some jiuce and shot up.....nothing close ot a natural bb'er:rolleyes: ....my advice is worry bout ur diet and workout, not the juice!!only hurting urself brutha!!jus my 2cents

thanks for all your helpfull advice. i have the diet part down and i know what and when to eat for bulking/cutting. i am constantly growing but the right food isn't always available. by the way, that first picture was a bit older than i thought,turns out it was from 9th grade,sorry. agian, thanks for all the advice. also one of the reasons i don't look as muscular as someone whos 5.7'' is becouse im 6.2''
 
haha well brutha jsu try to load up on protien as much as u can and eat as much as u can and ull grow..good luck
