Mr. Excitement here....doing some back and abs. 2nd warmup of 20 reps on seated cable rows. Goal: Jam some blood in there!

Listening to Disturbed [how fitting!] song- Indestructable [ yeah, I am dreaming if I believe that!] Time for another set. Training at home alone when it's -5 F is such fun. :mad:

Set of 15 reps....at 200lbs...my weight stack goes to 300 ..so I'll just keep doing warmups and then when I get to 300lbs I'll do as many as I can and call it good on that movement.
 
I am going to start counting that last set at 230 for 15 reps.

Because....that last set was hard! lol. Todays meals went like this so far:

Meal one- olive oil, protien powder, water, psyllium husk, vitamins

Meal two- same thing

Meal three- same thing

Meal four- two chicken breast, green beans, supplements

Meal five- fishoil, evening primrose oil, psyillum husk, potein, water, supplements

Meal six- two cans tuna,green beans, more water...

Wating for the weekend when I can throw down some grub again!!! :D

I had other stuff planned but I ended up doing 10 sets of seated rows and 5ets of crunches with a small towel folded under my lower back. [ I seem to be able to contract my abs harder for some reason]


The last meal is down the hatch. It's 11:15 pm. I am getting on the treadmill, putting the Sci-Fi channel and taking a walk for 40 minutes. Can you tell I am bored off my *ss? lol :D

Your crasseee! I will tell you what I did tonight being wed. I went to mass for ash wed. with the familia then had a couple beers some pizza and ice cream. Back to the grind tomorrow.:D

I would have enjoyed hanging out and eating some pizza with you...but I am still burnt out on stuffing my face from last weekend, my Brother!

Today I am heading into a good gym if the snow lets up. I might do some smith squats and hammerstrength leg curls!

I've seen the set up at your home and it's pretty darn nice bro! If you make it to the "good" gym, hit it hard. Today is chest/back for me but tomorrow I train with one of my girls I'm trying to get ready for figure so I'll just use her for some RP arms curls. :p

I've seen the set up at your home and it's pretty darn nice bro! If you make it to the "good" gym, hit it hard. Today is chest/back for me but tomorrow I train with one of my girls I'm trying to get ready for figure so I'll just use her for some RP arms curls. :p

I wish I was training there! I'd be in a good gym and it's close to the refridgerator! lol. During the winter I rent an apartment with some dumbells, a cable row, a squat rack, and an adjustable bench. I am not bitching because I get the job done with this limited amount of equipment, but it's not the same as showing up at Golds and having all those choices.

Some of those girls train HARD! Plus, it's motivational training with some good looking figure gal.:)

Yea about every other day I have to do a late night workout..it sucks i agree! Especially lifting as heavy as possible after a full days work and night class.

IM NOT GOING ANYWHERE THIS WEEKEND. IM GOING TO STAY HOME AND TRAIN LEGS ON SATURDAY

Oh I see, I thought you are at your home gym but I understand now. It's nice to be able to train even when you can't get to the gym but I'm also a fan of hitting the local gold's so I can pick from a wide array of exercises to try today.

She works very hard and I have 2 other fitness girls that also work harder than most of my guy training partners so I don't complain about hitting the gym with them, plus it never hurts motivation having a beautiful lady with you as you said. ;)
