Mr. Excitement here....doing some back and abs. 2nd warmup of 20 reps on seated cable rows. Goal: Jam some blood in there!
Listening to Disturbed [how fitting!] song- Indestructable [ yeah, I am dreaming if I believe that!] Time for another set. Training at home alone when it's -5 F is such fun.
Set of 15 reps....at 200lbs...my weight stack goes to 300 ..so I'll just keep doing warmups and then when I get to 300lbs I'll do as many as I can and call it good on that movement.
