hey guys...i really dont have much knowledge in regards to bodybuilding...(not at least when compared to you guys on THIS board, some of the other boards...i might eb knowledgable, lol) bu i do have some kickass recipes that i can share! being a former fat kid, i have learned my way around the kitchen..:D

post workout smoothie
two scoops orange creamsicle flavored matrix protein powder
one tangerine diet rite
one classic orange crystal light package(powder)
splenda
1/4 cup fat free orange sorbet


blend!
50 grams dual stage protein, 35 grams simple carbs. pretty good for post workout, eh?


oatmeal pancakes
two packets banana bread weight smart oatmeal
10 egg whites
two scoops vanilla protein
splenda
cinnamon
one large plantain(if dieting remove the plantain)

blend

cook like regular ppancake batter....and i use sugar free syrup mixed with whey and splenda as my syrup..



tuna burgers

2 cans of tuna
10 egg whites
1/2 cup oatbran
low cal barbecue sauce to taste

mix all together in a bowl, then make patties.
easiest to cook in a pan... because they tend to be a little bit flimsy. you could cure that by putting in some uso's oil, or whatever source of fat you like..(udo's can be expensive to use as an ingredient)

HAHA the pancakes sound good, esp the plantain. Good job YM.
 
YEAH.........pancakes....sigh

I like the whey in the syrup idea too!
I'd like to fill up the bathtub with it,
and then get the pancakes,
and just stuff them in with both fists..

yeah and keep em coming (extra crispy edges please)

did I mention its the second week of my diet?
I hate cardio.
I want cake.

brown plaintains are the sweetest, so get them as dark as you can!


protein pudding..
two scoops chocolate whey
2 tablespoons almond butter
cinnamon to taste
splenda to taste
gradually pour in water as you stir the ingredients together...stopping at pudding-like consistancy. top with no carb whip cream(1 gram of fat).... awesome for the last meal before bed...healthy fats and protien!


i like to use alot of cinnamon...seems to really help me handle carbs better.
