Question for really anyone. My wife has rosacea flair ups here and there but when she take ostarine, which she loves, it does wonders for her skin!! She also gets great strength gains and recovers super fast only down side is it makes her retain water.

Anyone else have rosacea and what do you take for flair ups?

Thanks

Yep good call I asked her and she has some. She’s into the essential oils and makes a potion that helps but nothing like MK

If MK is so helpful....maybe GH would be a good option with less sides. At 1-2 IU daily I don't get anywhere near the water retention that 12mg of MK gives me

Hold up... When you say MK, are you trying to say MK2866? Since you mentioned ostarine in the original post.

I actually would love to hear more. My wife has a bit of rosacea and is considering Accutane. I'm really not a fan of that idea. I remember the misery I went through using Accutane as a teenager.

I'm actually pretty curious as to the reason why it helps. Oh, and what is her dose?

the study dosage for Ost was 3mg/d for I think it was 12 weeks. Does your wife check her liver values at the 12mg dosage? I know that the higher doses can cause those to creep up for some people.

Definitely a sunscreen, the skin is sensitive in that condition
When cleaning your face don't use washcloths, toners, astringents, and deodorant soaps they can increase the redness.
And for women to hide the redness, during your treatment use a green tinted make up
As far as treating the rosacea, your best bet is to see a dermatologist

Accutane should be used only in very low doses and only in severe cases of rosacea

That is a positive note for Ostarine, actually quite big one since so many people suffer with Rosacea.
