Leg Press..

Is that a Hammer Strength Leg Press?, Looks like the same one at my gym. Ours holds 800kg(1760pnds) exactly when fully loaded with 20kg plates.

I have pumped out 800 for a few a number of times.

We have a Hammer Strength Hack Squat Machine that can hold ridculous amounts of weight, its the machine where u are supported at the hips and ass rather than shoulders. I took that upto 400kg once and screwed my knee a bit.

Seriously VERY motivating. People should post a lot more of their training vids. That's not a guy in his trunks on the O stage that makes you give your best at the gym... but rather "blood and guts" examples like that! :)

I'm all fired up now! I've got a feeling my abs workout will be hardcore :D

Strong lift bro. Now this has got me to where I have to ask. How far down do you guys bring the weight. I go until my knees are hitting my chest, is that too far? And also are your knees spreading out on the way down?

Wow impressive! I usually stop at about 12 reps when I have 10 on each side. We have a new machine that has more of an angle back to it. I get a better all around pump than the traditional leg press machine with it. They bought another one, I believe its Hammer Strength. It has two sets of bars on each side to load. It holds sick amounts. My knees aren't what they used to be -I don't bother wrapping them anymore, just go a little lighter.

BTW, have you seen his legs? Pretty damn thick and impressive, so i'd say he's doing something right.
