HGH at night messing with my sleep ??

After doing several searches here I found that its a general consensus that you should take your HGH before you go to bed , So I started doing that 3iu's ed befroe bed and starting the first night my sleep has been shit and I wake up with a killer head ache , the timing of the HGH is the only thing that has changed.
Would it realy make that much of a differance if I took my GH doe in the AM first thing?
Why exactly is taking it before bed supposed to be so great>

do have apnea, if you do gh is a very bad idea until you get it under control or fixed. if you ever get a chance to read the package insert on legit pharm grade gh from the states it clearly states the patients with sleep apnea should tell there doctors as gh can cause serious problems up to including death.

I have sleep apnea and shoot my GH before bed. I use a Chinese brand so cant read the insert. Why is it bad to shoot before bed Edge. Thanks.
 
I don't know about the apnea but I do know that the first time I used many years ago my sleep was a mess. I would have the most vivid, terrifying nightmares. Once I changed the dose they went away. It maybe symptamatic and it maybe a fluke. Not sure but they made it hard for me to sleep.

i am not all that sure dude, i will get an insert and print exactly what it says but i do remember the word "death" again this is american made stuff straight from the pharmacy. i was kinda shocked at the time as this was when i had seriously bad apnea. hell maybe i am wrong but i know it talks specifically about apnea, and gh use and seeking the advice of a dr. i'll look for an insert.
 
Sleep apnea is caused by the tissue of the upper airway collapsing while you sleep and obstructing your airway. The GH, due to the fact that your cells retain water, can compound this problem. You can not die acutely from sleep apnea, if your airway blocks you will just wake up. It is the long term effects of sleep apnea that can be life threatening

HGH Timing?

It was my understanding never to inject HGH before bed as it would interfere with bodies natural release of HGH during deep REM. Therefore, first thing in the morning and post workout were the best times. Is this info wrong? What are the advantages before bed rather than the other times I've mentioned?

million different theories, million different answers. no one correct way.
 
I agree with str8jckd. Do your hgh when you wake up and late afternoon/early evening. Before bed will surpress your natural gh production and your goal obviously is to maximize gh!
 
Good deal , thanks guys , I don't have any sleeping disorders except not getting enough. The HGH just kept me awake like I wasen't tired. I'm gonna start shooting 5 am before work and 3 pm beofre workout , I'm probably gonna bump the dose up to 4 iu now that I got my extra kits .
 
IMO its best to take GH before bed if your older, or if you have natually low IGF levels. Younger guys(30 and under) should take the dose in the morning b/c even though it "Technically" can stay in your system 24hrs, your natty GH will not be competely shut down. You will still produce some bursts, but GH is most effective withing a few hours after injected. I think if your younger, take advantage of your highest natual GH burst in the middle of the night and take your GH in the am or right after your workout. Also try splitting your doses up 1.5iu's in the am, then another 1.5iu's post workout. As far as the sleep trouble, did you start out at 3iu's? If so, drop it to 1iu for a week, then 2iu's for a week then back up to 3.
