Have any of you guys tried hitting a weaker bodypart 2-3 times a week? Not full on hitting it but maybe one session dedicated solely to that bodypart and maybe dropping in a few sets for it on other bodypart days
My chest is lagging big time behind everything, and especially since i have quite bit delts and arms. My chest has definetely got better in the last year since i started training it stricter but was wondering if i chucked a few sets say maybe on a delt day this could be benificial?
Anyone with personal experience id really like to hear about it thanks
