I originally planned on eating 6 meals per day on my bulking cycle(2 from shakes and 4 from whole foods) but with work and school, i've only been getting about 2 meals from whole foods and 4 from shakes. All my carbs and fats are from great source's but most my protien comes from shakes. How crucial is it to get the majority from meat?? Is this really gonna make a diff for muscle gain?
