How do you grow into the show?

Im very confused on the subject, i have heard it being talked about..but how can one grow whilst on below maintenance calories?

From everything i've read about growing in to a show, it seems that the way this is done is from the competitor being off of the supplements in the offseason and using the supplements during contest prep.

Haha, ok...get huge, come "off" supplements and stay fairly lean whilst shrinking a little, reintroduce/increase supplements during prep and grow into the show

use basic stuff off season, yes stay lean of course,,,,double up the dose or etc, or start new, i dont know,,,and throw all the exotic shit while dieting down.

a true blast cruise in a sense. and most productive cuz you get something out of it lol
