I'm still experimenting and trying to find out the best way to use hgh. I'm in a bulking phase, and I am finding what works best for me is to only use it on workout days post workout, in a high dose...10ius at present time, but if I ever make real money, I'd like to try higher doses like 15-20ius.
I just read that gh15 says you need time off from hgh to make it most effective. I hate to go without it as I don't heal very fast in between workouts.
