I've had quad pain for 8 or 9 days before. Seemed to start getting better around day 6 or 7.

For me quads seem to hurt worse than anywhere else, except hte arms. But if it's still red and swollen after a week I'd go to the doc and get a course of anti-biotics. Shout out to my bro shovel.

I have been pinning quads at least once a week for the last 9 weeks without any pain at all.

3 days ago, pinned 3ml, and I've been in agony ever since, although it's a little better this morning.

I think I may have heated the oil a little too much with the wife's $250 hair dryer, and it burned my insides. It's like a freakin' jet engine.
