how many carbs with protienmeal?

i eat 7 times a day, every meal has 50g protien and ? carbs...

I'm confused with the carbs...
now i eat 2 slices of brun bread or 100g rice or a cup oatmeal...
Do i eat enough carbs with the protien...

I'm on a cycle right now:

10 weeks : 500mg test enant
10 weeks : 200mg deca
4 weeks: 40mg dianabol...

i'm at the end of week2 of my cycle and i gained... 7kg (15 pounds).

Shit man, can you beleave it? and i'm only at the end of week 2...
i gonna exxxxxxxxxxplode! :D
 
Sounds like it's working for you!

Make sure you're taking arimidex or letrozole to prevent bloat from d-bol. Otherwise, it goes away faster when you quit than it came on :(

Everyone's a bit different and without getting a lot more specific information, I can't say it's enough or not enough.

I assume brun bread is some sort of whole-wheat or multi-grain bread? - I don't know what it is. Since you're bulking, it would be fine to eat with one or two meals. Mix it up with some other good carbs for other meals, like long grain brown rice, yams, oats, etc.

When you're into a serious "cutting" phase, you'll want to avoid gluten (wheat products).

great, now imagine how much mass u coul have if gained if u got ur diet right b4 the cycle like u were told many times on this board, and not to burst ur bubble but it is probably alot of water weight considering everything u got there aromatizes, including the deca which goes and fucks up ur progesterone levels, P + E spells bad news for many
