How many of us are really paying close attention to lab results?

I am 42 been in the game 20 years haven't gotten blood work 2-3 times maybe total just prepared to die at this point whatever

I always get bloodwork done at least 2x per year and up to 4x per year. I do the 10mg/day protocol between cycles and I get awesome results on bloodwork doing this. When I complete, I pull bloods 4-6 weeks out from my contest and expect near perfect results.

I always pay attention to lab work. Nothing is ever really bad but it it were I would simply come off. The one thing I have issues with are my cholesterol markers so I make the right adjustments. Although I need to stay off orals all year and not just a few months if I want my HDL to climb high. But with dietary adjustments, added cardio and certain supplements I managed to signficantly improve things. Most people just don't get blood work so they never know and that's why they have issues. I would like to think anyone who got bloodwork (especially if they went out of their way and paid for it) and something was way off would take steps to improve it. If they didn't try to improve things they are an idiot and just asking for trouble.

Nice that you're being honest but kind of a shitty attitude of going about things.

The first time I basically added in an array of supps just to get a quick fix and then I lowered things down to a more basic stack over time. I recall adding in NOW Foods Cholesterol Pro and Sytrinol. They contain ingredients such as Citrus Bergamot, Plant Sterols, Sytrinol and Policosanol. Those 4 ingredients are effective in improving cholesterol (increasing hdl and lowering ldl and triglycerides). On top of that I also added pantethine, krill/fish oil and garlic.

Right now now I use Supplement Needs Heart Stack which contains citrus bermamot, pantethine, evnol, allicin etc etc. If someone wanted to improve cholesterol with a simple yet effective stack I would recommend this plus some quality fish oil. If they couldn't get the first product then I would personally go with NOW Foods cholesterol pro, fish oil and garlic/allicin. Another simple thing for increasing HDL would be to add a high quality extra virgin olive oil to some of your meals. It should go without stating some added cardio and avoiding any oral aas are advisable.

Do you take 3 or 6 caps a day from the needs cv stack

how often do you get lab work?

Recently I have been bad and haven't had it done for awhile but there is a reason for that. I usually get bloodwork done when I go back to the UK so approx 4 times per year. I fucked up one test because I added some extras (vitamins) and didn't realize I had to take an IV sample. I left my pack until just before I was flying back and opened it thinking it was the standard fingerprick but it was an IV sample which I have never done so I just left it. If I had more time I would have just done the IV but because I was rushing I figured it's best to leave it. I fly back next week so will do another blood test then. I pay for them privately and they send the pack in the post and I just take the sample and send it back via next day mail. Pretty much my last 10 bloodworks have been the same a part from cholesterol which has changed usually because I am running oral aas. One time I had elevated wbc's but that was due to an allergic reaction I had. A few times my rbc's were slightly elevated but in recent years they have always been in range (I have never given blood). According to my blood work I am relatively healthy :D I want to get an extensive full body (especially my heart) scan as that will paint a clearer picture but that's another subject.
