How many of you monitor your estrogen levels?

I do the same J. I only run arimadex for the last 6 weeks and thank god don't have bitch titties.

so you two old men have been at this for years, and havent even had estrogen levels checked? shame on you both!

in all seriousness tho, why only use the ai pre-contest? i know it helps dry you out, but dont you wanna at least attempt to control e2 while blasting?

I check them pre and post TRT at cruise level. Most run anastazole, and I'll check it periodically (every year or 2) or if they get symptoms.

I'm more concerned about strange responses and increased risk of clotting primarily... otherwise I'd base my management on symptoms.

when you say post trt, isnt their trt indefinitely?

and for someone blasting/cruising i guess they too need a baseline? honestly my doc told me men dont produce estrogen, nonsense i kno, but its all i got for now... using an ai and going by symptoms as you stated above

As you get older(and as I recall you are at or close to 40), your body often starts to react differently to compounds it had no problem handling. Estrogen wreaks havoc on your body and everyone should keep an eye on it and manage it as best they can.

this is true, when I was younger I could handle high mg/mL of pretty much anything with little problem

now that I've gotten older it's diff. 300mg/mL for anything is about as high as I'll go

I'm not sure about that particular test. I just ask to check my test and estrogen levels. Nothing wrong with asking for a test to check your levels.

My doc does he knows what I do so he checks everything to make sure that I stay healthy blods every 3months and urologist every6 to check kidney function

It's what I check most, always try to keep it in range.

My doctor also stated estrogen and prolactin had no importance in men. And that it was useless to use steroids other than testosterone because all of them turned into test inside the body.
