How many trained by Phil like his "new" split

I am on my 2nd year now trained by Phil and love his new split he has me on. It is very much out of the box in the scheme of things, but it makes you get to know your body and think in what it needs. Mind you I had a lay off from an injury since I have been on it since Oct., but I got the gains back quickly when returning to it. I am pumped all the time, with that tight feeling. In/out of the gym in no time. How many on this board does he have on that split?

I am so glad you like it........BUT, you need to switch between the 2 when you hit a plateau.........ok Scott?
 
OK. Thanks Phil, when I was hitting that plateau I was thinking i was slipping into overtraining and I would take off for 4 days and come back and hit it again. Also, sometimes I would change the loads and go for higher reps but always trying to improve. I will send you a pm this afternoon.
 
Wait till you see what happens after you plateau..........:eek:
 
I don't want to give to much away. if you are trained by Phil and have been with him he will put you on it when he thinks you are ready. frequency is higher though. Phil can chime in if he wants.
