I am on my 2nd year now trained by Phil and love his new split he has me on. It is very much out of the box in the scheme of things, but it makes you get to know your body and think in what it needs. Mind you I had a lay off from an injury since I have been on it since Oct., but I got the gains back quickly when returning to it. I am pumped all the time, with that tight feeling. In/out of the gym in no time. How many on this board does he have on that split?
