See, I know the whole "milk makes you hold water" mantra... but where does that come from? It's not like it contains grams of sodium. I think it depends on how lactose tolerant you are and making sure you are still in your macro's.
I am ADDICTED to raw milk. I feel great on it. I never feel bloated on it. But, if I drink too much milk from the store, I get bloated, gassy, and, sorry for the TMI, my stool consistency is just "odd". Raw milk though... no problems at all... all the "healthy bacteria" and enzymes in it make it easy to digest.
If I won't have raw milk around for awhile, I make sure to get Kefir... same thing... the healthy bacteria in it addresses any digestion issues.

Edit- I will say though, when it comes to dieting for a show, I don't know how milk will affect someone getting into single digits... but with that and the above said, why would raw milk or kefir affect it negatively then? hahaha... to be honest though- simply out of complete neurotic-ism, if I were to ever diet for a show, I probably would cut out the dairy at least a month before the show hahahaha
