20-30 mins, 2-3x a week upon waking.

I try to get in 20-30 minutes first thing in the morning on off days, as well as 15-20 minutes post-workout on training days.

I try to get in 20-30 minutes first thing in the morning on off days, as well as 15-20 minutes post-workout on training days.

That's exactly what I do, 30 minutes on off days (walking) Some form of HIT cardio after my workout.

0 cardio 0 times per week :) lol :naughty: but if you did cardio, like the others said, in the morning on a empty stomach 20-30 min , 3 x p/week.. i would do intervels, look at sprinters and look at long distance runners.
