i am reading the nutrition facts on the back of a package for a 4 oz. seving of 93-7%: it has 20g protein cooked and 21g raw... i am sure this may vary depending on how lean it is.....***edit ***just read shelby's post a little redundant sorry
As dumb as this sounds, you can also read the back of the package. Typically the portions are measured in 4oz serving sizes and it will give you a general idea of what you are looking at macro nutrient wise.
Lean ground turkey is about the same calorie wise as 93/7 ground sirloin. It's also about the same fat content too. They do make a very lean ground turkey breast but it's insanely dry when cooked. I add more water to the skillet when I cook it and it keeps it moist. I myself would rather stick with either Redbird ground chicken or Whole Foods has very lean ground chicken that just seems more flavorfull to me.
