I drink at least 7 to 8 glass of water in a day. I know it is not enough and i should increase the quantity of water and i will. I think i drink 1 and a half litter water in a day.
I read athlete's should use body weight lbs x .55 = total oz of water per day. For example, I am 235lbs x .55 = 129.5 oz of water per day. That is double what I use to drink. I battle bloating and come to find out, a lack of water was the cause.
its a half gallon every 200g grams of protein i believe. I used to get really dehydrated when i wasnt follwing this protocol. i used to get light headed at the gym now i drink about a gallon and a half every day and i feel pretty damn good. i piss a lot thought. that part sucks.
Wow some of u drink alot of water i normally only drink a gallon of water a day maybe i should increase it u guys think at 2 gallons a day woukd help speed up metabolism and burn bodyfat
1 gallon, maybe a little more. I usually have 64-72oz in my intra-workout drink so that's where most of my day's water comes from. Drinking more water is something that I have always struggled with :banghead:
