After much research we are revamping HSIT. Thanks to the feedback and trials from MassMachine, my son and a few friends we have tweaked it.
We have added a isolation workout in the middle of both compound workouts. We have added the stretch position day.
The workout will be posted in the HSIT article section.
I want to thank JuiceFreak and SDMan for thier feedback as it has helped greatly.
