I dont really know what I am doing but I have been training for a long time so I figure that I am qualified to design my own routine. I have always thought that I should train bodyparts more often but have never tried it for any length of time. I think that I will end up with a few more sets and exercises per body part that the example workouts that I have seen but I think that I need that. I really dig having every other day off too. I am training every other day inclding weekends so 3 days one week 4 the next and so on. I also can see my strength going up nicely. Any way I like the method of training. Good Day all Mr.clean101
