I dont know about you guys.... but this would be impossible to do at my gym

I think Milos used this type of training only during the last few weeks of contest prep

I rember milos uesd that type even in off season. He said that calories is all what matter as gains / cutt....
 
Dennis is clearly fried at the end of the "rotation"... look at how he's out of breath and doesn't feel like smiling at all!! :p
 
I could do that in my gym, theres only 3-4 people in there in the morning when Im in and they are usually just on the cardio equipment.

My question is... how beneficial is a work out to this caliber? I can see why it would work, but is this better than 4 sets of flat, then 4 sets of flys, then 4 sets of incline, etc?
 
I could do this, there are only about 3 people sometimes none during the time that I train. I wouldn't do it though. I did something similar last year but did about 5 exercises, with 4 drop sets of each then move on, with no rest what-so-ever. I didn't do any cardio at all, and got pretty lean but lost way too much size.

what time do you train?
 
dennis was asked this in a recent issue of md.. he stated that he did the "milos" circuit for two weeks before the olympia.. he said he did not recommend the training except for the weeks before a show.. he did not think it was condusive for growth..
