hey my mom died ten years ago from crohns disease she had it terribly bad and after she was wrongfully diagnosed with cancer and had most of her intestine and colon removed a big no no for one with crohns disese it only got way worse. i have also been diagnosed with crohns disease i plan on starting my first cycle within the next month and like you i have done an insane amount of reading theres just not much out there. they had my mom on so many drugs it was rediculous including steroinds non anabolic of course. in my opinion and im no doctor or pro in this matter at all but i think its goin to be ok. ive been lucky i have only had a couple flareups of the disease dont get me wrong it was horible when it happened im 27 and it hasnt bothered me like it did my mom. if you look at the treatment of ibs colitis and crohns youll find the side effects of the drugs used similiar to the side effects of aas. suppression of the immune system is involved in treatment. ive told my doctor of my want to use aas his only reply was make sure you come in for regular blood work and check ups and good luck. boost your amino acids it seems to help all the whey is good provided its not hard on you. thats the thing with these types of medical conditions everything effects everyone diff ie; things you eat, drink, sleep, stress and a million other things the main point with that is know your body and take care of it its the only one you have..... well im babling on here post a reply with any Q's you have and i'll try an answer with the knowledge i have and what i can get out of my doctor hes great he treated my mom the best he could after the botched surgery if shed of only found him b4 the butcher that got ahold of her i'l post an let everyone know how the cycle goes after i start

CROHNS DISEASE IS

Crohn’s disease is an ongoing disorder that causes inflammation of the digestive tract, also referred to as the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. People of Jewish heritage have an increased risk of developing Crohn’s disease, and African Americans are at decreased risk for developing Crohn’s disease.

minamee are you going to use any drugs such as asacol to keep you from flareing when you start your course of aas? both times i have tried the crohns has flared and ive had to stop first course was test and decca second was test on its own imay try some primo next time but obviously my confidence is not exactly high about things now im on gh at 4ius ed at moment the thing is im ok so long as i dont use any gear but without gear im not going to make any gains now after 15years of training! anyway good luck mate and please let us know if doctor sheds some light on why the steroids course flare ups and if he knows how to get around this richie

im currently not being treated for the crohns cause im not having any symtoms other than diahrea cause i dont always watch what i eat all the time. sumtimes i decide its better to eat what i want once in awhile an deal with the consequences. my doctor tells me that i need to come in three weeks after i start my cycle reguardless if its causing me any noticeable trouble or not to make sure all is well and to avoid any complication if there is something goin to surface from my use. i have been treated in the past with prednisone and vistaril which is more for nerves which you might look into vistaril its not normally associated with the treatment of crohns but helped me alot with it. im not sure if my doctor will decide to put me on anything for the crohns after i start my cycle. all im doing now is watching what im eating and keeping a journal of what ive eaten and when my stomach has seemed to be bothering my so i can relate the two and make sure i avoid anything to irrate it when i start my cylce. with the acception of the pizza i cheated and ate the other day all is goin well. i keep trying with the tune but its looking more and more like a no go which is wierd cause halibut and talipia and other fish dont seem to bother me ive tried fresh tune tuna in a can with water and in a can with oil my stomch has been irratated with all. maybe between you me and my doctor we can both find something that will work and we can get big like the rest of these monsters in here

thanks for taking the time minameemanimnm it would be great to here what your doctor says about why i flare up on test by the way after it happened the first time with test and decca i pretty much did everything you mentioned like sorting diet out and keeping the same diet on cycle as when off cycle and also dropped the decca! and still as soon as gear kicked in i flared again i was perfectly fine before or i wouldnt of dared do the cycle anyway as you can see ive tried everything i can think of . do you take medication to stay in remission? i dont myself but then i dont have problems until i do aas and doctor wont give me stuff as he said "to grow big muscles" lol so hope to hear from you soon hopefully the doc might have some ideas? thanks again richie

ONE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH MEN AND CROHNS DISEASE IS THE FACT THAT THE USE OF SO MUCH PREDNISONE LOWERS THE TESTOSTERONE NATURALY PRODUCED BY THE BODY SEVERLY AND IN MOST CASES MALE CROHNS PATIENTS THAT HAVE BEEN ON THE STEROIDS ARE GIVEN TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT. minamee i think hrt doses are much lower such as 100-200mg per week so although probabaly wouldnt cause problems it also wouldnt be enough to grow on either. thanks for posting up that cycle its actualy close to what ive been planning except i was gonna use primo instead of eq. where did you here of others having a problem with test i thought i might be the only one! i think the problem could be from the estrogen the test causes the body to produce. also ive been told to avoid all orals so i wonder if proviron counts as something to avoid ? when do you speek to the doc mate? sorry for all these questions its just this is the most feed back ive had on the subject so far and im gagging to be able to take some aas again lol anyway thanks again richie

ONE OF MY FRIENDS HAS IBS I KNOW ITS OT EXACTLY CROHNS BUT HE TRIED A CYCLE AND AS WITH YOU THE TEST HAD A TERRIBLE EFFECT ON HIM. IF YOU DO A SEARCH ON TESTOSTERONE AND CROHNS DISEASE THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER FORUMS THAT WILL COME UP. first off thanks for taking the time to help its apity more people dont take the time ,yeah i did know about the imune response and i think you and the doc may of hit the nail on the head as far as dosing amounts both times i had trouble was with 700mg test per week which isnt realy that high but then again a lot higher than say starting out with 250mg per week.but i have to say i am pretty much put off taking test now as you might imagine as both flare ups it caused took at least a couple of months to resolve! heres the thing minamee, i have been reading up on how theres a conection between eostrogen and autoimune diseases and obviously taking testosterone will create extra eostrogen so, either i try `some more test but like you say lower doses and build up plus use say arimidex or nolvodex to stop the eostrogen building up too much. or what about a high anabolic like primobolan which does not aromatize? do you think you could run this by your doc ? i understand if its too awkward or hassle and thanks again for all your help! look forward to hearing from you mate and let me know if i can help you at all i am in uk and all this information you get from the doc is great i wish i could talk to my doc about things just thought id add that as didnt know if you realised where i was
