Anyone one else use them? What I do (because I am a lazy fuck in the kitchen) is buy 10lbs of extra lean ground turkey and another 10lbs of chicken and throw them in the freezer. They come in 1lb containers so it makes it pretty easy to grab one and put it in the refrigerator the night before to thaw out.

It's a little pricey @ $9.00 per pound BUT this is COOKED weight and the taste is fantastic. I eat around 5oz per meal so this lasts me a long time. I also grab a 20% off coupon code before I purchase to cut down on cost.

how much is shipping? as that adds considerable costs in any meal plan.

Rotisserie chicken here at Sams or Costco is $7, you will get over 2-3lbs meat from it. Way better taste than any meal service

Other stores the rotisserie chicken is about $4 but you'll get about 1.5lbs of meat from it.

They even sell pulled Rotisserie chicken breast for about $3 per lbs. Can't beat the taste or price.

Also if you have a pollo loco in your are it is about $2 per cooked breast and 2 breast = 1 lbs

I had to live in a hotel for 2 months while buying my house and lived on this chicken
