I love ECA but I can't take it anymore (BP issues these days) so I wanted to try Cognitrop. Got my 2 bottles yesterday. Took 2 caps with a black cup of coffee about 30 minutes before my AM cardio. I felt really energized, but no jitters. Thought I would try 3 caps before my back workout this afternoon. This time I didn't have caffeine with it like I usually do before my workouts. After 25 minutes I was more than ready to get my butt to the gym. Again I felt felt really energized and focused, but absolutely no jittery feeling. I really like it. Don't get me wrong, I still like my caffeine but I like having something extra in my arsenal when I want some extra ammo.
