Lately (past 2 weeks) i've been getting quite a few muscle spasms/cramps (forearms, abs) and I'm starting to worry. When I got them on my abs - the left side by my belly button balled up a little and flexed really hard... with the forearms my hand cramped up and my forearms got really tight. I got them both right after training.
I'm currently dieting and the only thing I've changed in the past 2-3 months is that I've dropped calories (500 below maintenance) and added ephedrine (did this 2 weeks ago so i'm suspecting this is the reason... it's vasopro if that matters).
I add potassium/salt to my during/pwo shakes and salt my foods quite a bit and I eat very clean (mainly chicken/nuts/efas/green veges/eggs/protein powder)
should I add more salt/potassium to my meals or something? if so how much?
any idea what it could be/how to stop it? I'm worried I could really injure myself
