Hypothical question....Lets say Joe Blow was only shooting 10-15iu's postwork out. Now Joe Blow was thinking to himself "Humm I wonder what kind of carbs everyone else takes with their 'Slin?"

So guys, what dose every use? Or what WOULD you use, given the chance. Throw in everything you'd want in that all important Post Workout drink. Carbs, fat, protein, Glutamine, Creatine, huge piles of monkey shit......wherever floats your boat.

What about: Dextrose, Fructose, Maltodetrin & Maltofern?

Dont forget to ad the dosages for the ingrident too!

So lemme hear it! :D

Why do you say ONLY 10-15 IUS?

It is good you are doing reasearch before you start slin it CAN be VERY dangerous.

You might want to do a search for slin you will find a WEALTH of info.
 
Nah bro, I've used Slin before. I just dont like to play with High dosages; as i prefer to stay alive rather than dead. Going into shock while i'm at work wouldn't be a good thing either. Most of these lazy bastards would let me die! haha :mad:

I have a few of my own methods, but recently i hear people are trying a lot of new things and i'd like to hear what everyone is trying and what is working for them.
 
15ius post workout ,50g pro/150g carb sup big meal about an hour later and more pro another 50g and i keep eating all night lol
 
I think he wanted to know what kind of carbs.
