Hypothical question....Lets say Joe Blow was only shooting 10-15iu's postwork out. Now Joe Blow was thinking to himself "Humm I wonder what kind of carbs everyone else takes with their 'Slin?"
So guys, what dose every use? Or what WOULD you use, given the chance. Throw in everything you'd want in that all important Post Workout drink. Carbs, fat, protein, Glutamine, Creatine, huge piles of monkey shit......wherever floats your boat.
What about: Dextrose, Fructose, Maltodetrin & Maltofern?
Dont forget to ad the dosages for the ingrident too!
