Well considering I am dieting now I take 10iu's 2 x per day(One in morn and one post workout). I can have up to 200 grams carbs on low days so it works perfectly for me. One slin days I have eggs and oatmeal in morn after first shot and have a protien shake w/ banana postworkout. On other days it is pretty much same diet except for carb up days.
im starting slin on a cut very soon, heres my layout
2x week, no simples carbs peroid on whole diet except slin days, slin days= 10iu 2x day, 1 morning, 1 post workout. undecied simple suger post injection. so in other words I will be depleting and also running the slin.
i have been using the beverly diet and am also considering throwing in some insulin on my carb up meals, which is on mon and thrs night. i could just take like 10iu post workout then eat my last carb meal which is a pertty high carb meal, and has a banana for some simple carbs. would this help keep my muscles looking fuller? thats my main goal by doing this.
