If you are experienced with Slin, you can use it only during carb meals when dieting down. If you are not experienced, I would not reccomend you use slin while dieting. I am assuming you meant GH on your post. And yes it is good to use with GH, but again, only if you are able to judge how much slin your body needs for a certain amount of carbs. Otherwise you could have a hypoglycemic reaction on the one extream, or store bodyfat on the other.
