Good read and bromelain enzyme is so cheap it is a no brainer for me to give it a try.

Interesting, my shoulder pain has gone down alot and I can finally go back to ART. I've been using Joint Care by beverly at high doses and it helps alot. Maybe by the times its over I'll only have been out 3 months. I'm getting ready to add an injectable gluccosamine and a few other profucts. That should help clear it up alot.

good read xcel. I used to be into a multi level marketing company and used their digestive enzymes which seemed to help with all kinds of things. I am going to have to find that product. Sure will beat another shot of cortisone.
