Intermittent fasting questions

Hey guys trying to cut up for the summer, heard about Leangains intermittent fasting and looks interesting, anyone have good results with it? I generally train in the morning 45 mins of weights and 30 mins of cardio how would that work with the leangains program? would fasting through my weighttraining and cardio be ok? The leangains program uses a 16 hour fast with an 8 hour feeding period.

Thanks, was really looking for peoples expirence with training fasted as all my training is usually done in the am.
 
You can train fasted, just have BCAAs before training.

I fast all day and then workout at night.

Sometimes Ill eat before training, sometimes not.

The days I dont, I just chug some aminos and train.

I feel no difference.
 
Taken straight from the leangains site -

6 AM: 5-15 minutes pre-workout: 10 g BCAA.
6-7 AM: Training.
8 AM: 10 g BCAA.
10 AM: 10 g BCAA
12-1 PM: The "real" post-workout meal (largest meal of the day). Start of the 8 hour feeding-window.
4-5pm 2nd meal
8-9 PM: Last meal before the fast.


Calories and carbs are tapered down throughout the day in the example above.
 
I do the following..

Train at 4:30am while sipping on 10G of BCAA's.
Have a shake post workout around 5:45am
Eat some whole foods around 9:00am at the ratios I want.
More food again at 12:00pm - 12:30pm
Another meal or shake around 2:30pm

Then I am done until the next morning. I use a small amount of GH (2-3IU) each evening. With all the talk of insulin sensitivity and since I'm using daily for anti-aging, I like to make sure I have had nothing in my system for quite awhile when I pin.
 
Whats your natural Metabalism like? ... IMO i found on Ecto/Meso types not that great a method

I would say I am more Endo/Meso. I can put weight on pretty easy, just have to be careful what type of weight it is.
