That's pretty much what I do....but I do use buzz saw a half hour before the powdered muscle. I think those products have served me well, are there better products out? Perhaps...but I'm fine with this combo.
had to bump this thread to ask this.. With the idea of an intra workout drink (ex: glycofuse/peptopro mix). I'm a guy who typically does his cardio post-workout and then have my shake. Will it be pointless now to do cardio post-workout if i switch over to doing the intra workout drink, considering glycogen wont be really depleted at all?
