Is 7-keto DHEA the same as DHEA?

I take 50mg dhea daily due to low levels naturally. Im going to start using a product that has 7-keto dhea in it. Is that the same as regular dhea or do I still need to supplement with regular dhea? Thanks

no its not. ther 7-keto is non hormonal. ts ggod for a lil fat loss. great supp for women. also helps t-3 production or conversion.

Ok cool so i'll just continue my reg dhea use with the 7keto dhea

7keto DHEA won't convert to estrogen, like regular DHEA. If I had naturally low DHEA levels (which is the only reason I'd even take the stuff) I would stick to 7-keto only.
