Hey guys! Not necessarily a new member but haven't posted much and have been inactive for a few years now. Life is calming down enough now though to where I can pick back up and have started hitting the gym hard again. My background is in power lifting/bodybuilding ( have competed/coached both) and I have a degree in athletic therapy and nutrition! So I'll probably be posting on the nutrition forums a bit. Other than that I'm just here to learn a bunch from y'all and try to contribute where I can! I have ran gear a few times but an no means a pro at it and am definitely interested in learning more about training while on. Lookin forward to it! Thanks guys!
