YES! The better it gets the more self conscious and down I get about whatever is wrong... when it all goes to hell I just give up and accept it and can be happy
 
when your body is looking its best your depressed? :(

Heavy training and strict (calorie restricted )diet can definately have an effect on mood
 
im actually the oppisite when im working out doing my best i feel really good about myself. when im not on my game not keeping my schedual eating like shit losing weight getting deflated i get really down on myself. im not a pro and dont pretend to be i just do it for personal pleasure and satisfaction
