So I went to buy jeans at Buckle. I am down to a 29" waist with room to move in it.I had to special order them since the legs were too tight in the ones they had. Its unbelievable. I have not had this size of waist since I was in HS and just 14 months ago I was at a 40" waist. Still would like to get a little more ripped but I am pretty satified with myself. I am 5'9 at 191lbs and I am 37 years old. I know most of you are in much better shape, but I had to toot my own horn. This board has helped alot. Boo ya!
