what dose do you reckon is suitable ?


also i heard it may hinder gains any truth in this ?

back in the day, all we had was nova for treating gyno, and it always worked, and deca was very popular in those days, so i highly doubt nova would create problems when using REAL tren.

Thats a good point bro,i never realized that,but its so true,all we had was nolva and everyone took deca back in the day.

i agree.. whatever science may have scared these guys off using nolva when using 19 nor gear maybe misguided.. i looked back on some of my first cycles and i used nolva with a few test and deca cycles and my nipples are still very manly...

i would say that if you have real good lipid profiles then an aromatase inhibitor would be the way to go, just enough to keep a low [within the low range] estrogen level; but if your lipids are not that good then nolva would probably be a better option. remember nolva is receptor specific! j diggs that looks like a good supp.

That's a good point, LATS and Mexbeast.

I figured a lot of the Nolvadex + 19-nor was just bro science that snowballed out of control.

I'm running a pretty heavy cycle, for someone as new to AAS as myself, and I'd really like to stay 100% gyno free, which doesn't seem unreasonable considering the ancillaries available to us today.

So I've been running Aromasin at 12.5mg ED throughout my run of 40mg D-bol ED, 750mg Test, 600mg EQ, everything is running like clockwork.

I decided it was time to drop the dbol, and introduce some proviron at 50mg ED, 75mg T-3 ED, and tren ace.

I started the tren ace at 50mg ED, and I've tapered up to 100mg ED as I'm having no problems at all tolerating it, except for some mild sleeping problems (no big deal).

I have dostinex on hand, in case of progeston related gyno, but I don't want to use it as a preventative measure, as it ain't cheap, and it's hard for me to get my hands on.

My question is, that by incorporating Aromasin, T3, and 20mg Nolvadex ED, and the fact that I'm administering the tren ace ED, rather than EOD, to keep levels more stable, am I safeguarding myself against gyno, from all angles, whilst improving my lipid profile and keeping my prostate healthy?

i would keep my nolva at 10mgs especially since you are taking aromasin i once ran a long cycle and used 10mgs of nolva a day and that was enough to my estro in check, and my lab work at the end was great.

I had my blood work done 8 weeks in, and my LDL was a tiny bit high, and my HDL was a tiny bit low, all in all pretty good, but that was before the tren.

I'm having some more blood work and a prostate check done in 2 weeks, so fingers crossed.

whats the name of it? was looking on A1 supps and cant find it listed in Now's range (maybe they dont have it in stock yet)
