Good advice
I think that's pretty god advice.
I always used Dan DuCheine's Ultimate Diet, so I'd be depleting on Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, start eating/loading Wed, Thurs, then cut back on Friday as you alwys seem to get a bit of water spill-over into the skin.
I cut sodium after Thursday breakfast, so for the last 48 hours prior to pre-judging. I'd also watch the water intake on Friday, and just replace what I peed out.
Worked pretty well as long as I didn't play around with prescription potassium (which, for me, was a mistake!)
