Hey i appreciate the input steele. So i don't fully understand the split. U aren't suppossed to work out 2 days in a row. Gotta let the cns heal. So dont the splits require say five days in a row of lifting? Like Mon chest back tris Tues shoulders biceps traps, wednesday lower body. then repeat??? I didn't think this would allow for the cns to heal. Could someone put up some suggestions on the way it should be split up? And any info on the training continuously like i have suggested in this thread. With it split like above i would be doing cardio at least 2 of those days lifting, if not more. Any more insight is greatly appreciated.
