Ok guys so in lieu of another thread I posted a while back asking on how to get fertile my wife actually ended up pregnant wayyyyyy sooner than we thought...long story short I got a second job to be able to put more money back, only issue is I will need to adjust my training from my usual 5 days a week to a 3 day week type split.... While I've written something out already for myself and have a general idea of how I'm going to go about it.... Goal is honestly to just maintain and get better as much as I can off the limited time I have weekly... Anybody else training 3 times a week if so what does your split look like? Always enjoy spitballing ideas off others. I would post a screenshot of mine but it won't let me from my phone [emoji58] [emoji58] [emoji58] [emoji58]

I trained for Powerlifting once. Did a sheiko 3 day program. Great if that's what your goal is

legs - Monday

Chest/shoulders/tri - Wednesday

Back and bi - Friday

Keep diet good and you'll be fine. Extra time off might actually help
